RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop seasonal marketing plans based on marketing policy for all PR and digital marketing activities.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Create strategies and ideas to optimize all digital marketing channels and partnerships.
• Identify trends and insights, optimize spend, and performance and provide research reports on the trends and events.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Create graphic designs, edit videos, create whiteboard animations and manage the website.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc in Marketing or a related field
• 2 - 3 years work experience
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Graphic Design tools (e.g., CorelDraw, or Adobe Illustrator)
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience in graphic design, video editing and website management.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
