    Job Description

    • Manage the public image of the companies or clients represent online, with the aim of increasing their media presence and overall popularity.
    • Craft strategies, pitches and design campaigns that will help clients maintain or improve their reputation and credibility. Also monitor media coverage and use multiple communication channels and media platforms to promote clients’ image and brand.
    • Must be digital marketing savvy, and knowledgeable about different digital marketing tools, including Google ads and programmatic.

    Duties

    • Build & sustain efficient working relationships with local and international media
    • Digital strategies
    • Social Media Management
    • Liaise with creative designers to produce creative content
    • Research, draft and distribute digital press releases
    • Research & engage influencers
    • Organize photo opportunities and webinars
    • Create and maintain online media lists
    • Develop and sustain online/social media contacts and relationships
    • Create and develop online and print media story ideas
    • Assist, as delegated, creative designer and photographers and videographers
    • Conducting market research to find out the needs, habits, and personality traits of the clients’ audiences;
    • Developing Communications strategies and campaigns, considering their clients’ goals and opportunities, as well as their needs and budget;
    • Presenting proposals to clients for their review and approval;
    • Keeping executives up-to-date on new promotional opportunities and on the progress of their current campaigns by monitoring media coverage and reporting back to their clients via email, over the phone, and through presentations;
    • Managing various other elements of successful campaigns, such as press releases, press conference and interviews for online platforms and social media.
    • Ensuring their client is always depicted in the most positive way, doing damage control in cases of scandals and controversies, if necessary.
    • Attending networking and media events, as well as meetings with clients, suppliers, and partner organizations.
    • Liaising with business partners and other agencies.
    • Following the activities of their client in order to adapt their image to their activities, as well as the latest industry developments:
    • Drafting reports for clients and employers.
