Job Description

• Respond politely and courteously to customers enquiries.
• Managing large amounts of inbound calls and chats in a timely manner.
• Collecting customer information and analysing customer needs providing prompt, valid and complete solutions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone and chats.
• Work with customer support manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
