    About this role

    We’re seeking a recent graduate to join our team as a Customer Success Associate! The Customer Success Associate is an individual contributor who is highly empathetic, eager to understand underlying issues, and can tackle both customer and technical challenges alike. You will quickly learn everything about our product and how it works, and use that knowledge to offer top notch support for our merchants and our merchants’ customers. You will also work closely with our engineering teams to answer difficult questions and squash any bugs in the system.

    Responsibilities

    - Solve problems for our merchants and our merchants' customers via email, phone, live chat, social media, and in person.

    - Handle all of our tickets with the ability to answer any and all questions.

    - Offer troubleshooting support to accurately identify customer issues and escalating when troubleshooting capacity has been reached or recognizing when the issue is a bug.

    - Write documentation in our Help Desk knowledge base to help our merchants help themselves.

    - Relay customer feedback and highlight opportunities to improve the product and better serve our merchants and their customers.

    Qualifications

    - You have 1+ years of professional experience, ideally in a startup, tech or related companies.

    - Have experience troubleshooting software-related issues across common browsers.

    - You appreciate the importance of following up: either with members of the team on behalf of our merchants or following up with our merchants to assure them that their issue is being worked on.

    - Have stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, so you can explain technical problems succinctly, and then clearly articulate solutions to customers.
