Newedge Finance Limited - We are a fintech company, that renders financial services to the public. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lagos.
Job Responsibilities
- Open and maintain accounts by recording account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
- Determining the cause of the problem, Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
- Updating account information.
- Receiving calls and attending to customers complain and also proffering adequate solution.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / B.Tech qualification.
- 2 years relevant work experience
