Customer Service Officer at De Koolar Nigeria Limited
De Koolar Nigeria Limited is a 100% owned indigenous HVAC Company with over two decades of industry experience. We are recruiting to fill the position of Customer Service Officer in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to promote company goods and services
- Oversee the day to day activities of the department in an efficient manner
- Manage all customer request and complaint in a timely manner to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and customer retention
- Develop customer service standards, policies and procedure for the department
- And all other task assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Social Science
- 1-2 year experience in similar role
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
- Strong leadership and decision making capabilities.
