Kuddy Cosmetics - We are recruiting to fill the position of a Customer Fulfillment Officer in Lagos.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Complete fulfillment orders including picking merchandise, packing & shipping orders, and making in store pickup orders ready for customers.
• Processing all orders via third party e-commerce stores
• Learn and apply packing policies & techniques to ensure every customer receives his/her package in good condition.
• Tracks customer shipments at the request of the customer as required
• Send tracking numbers to customers where necessary
• Process shippable returns
• Process refund claims
• Participating in other support functions as needed.

Requirements

• B.Sc in relevant social sciences
• 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role
• Candidates residing within Festac, Amuwo Odofin and its environs are highly preferred
