• Interact with customers by phone, email and instant messaging to meet their needs and keep them satisfied.
• Generate sales leads.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers and nurture the Kuda community.
• Provide correct and complete information about Kuda.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions or alternatives within set timeframes; follow up to make sure complaints are resolved.
• Keep and manage records of customer interactions.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies including a tone guide.
• Go the extra mile to make customers happy.
