    Nosh is a FinTech company registered in Nigeria that offers easy and quick gift card-based transactions for anyone. We are recruiting to fill the position of a Customer Care Representative in Lagos State, Nigeria

    Responsibilities:

    • Attend to customer transactions in real-time
    • Actively help customers with questions and achieve their needs

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Ability to develop and manage a system of operation
    • Passionate about customer service
    • Not more than 28 years old
    • Must live within close proximity to the office location, Lekki
    • Must be able to take on night and weekend shifts when required
    • Must be Tech Savvy
    • Highly entrepreneurial - comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative
    • Excellent collaborator and team player
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
    • Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation
    • Good computer typing speed. This will be tested below.
    • Previous experience inFintech, E-commerce related company is an added advantage
    • OND / HND / BSc qualification.

    Salary:
    N100,000 per month
