Job Duties

• Development of a plan for project work & execution.

• Preparation of approximate estimate at the very early stage of the project formulation.

• Work scope planning and activity development.

• Work break down, scheduling of work rate, monitoring and tracking operations based on targets

• Generate progress report for project meetings.

• Valuing the work in progress and reporting financial statements on the project.

• Planning, procurement and logistics of the material resources for the project.

• Supervise, value and inspect work progress and prepare financial statement on the project.

• Quantify variations and other additional work and cost them out for actions as required.

• Preparation of final account on completion of the project.

Requirements

• 1st degree in any Engineering discipline from a reputable institution.

• Professional Qualification in project management etc.
