Client Success Executive at Workforce Group
Workforce Group - Our client is currently recruiting for a Client Success Executive who will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships that promote retention and loyalty, maximizing value, improving client experience through product support and handling all client complaints and request.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a customer facing role
- B.Sc.in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Customer service experience and a customer-centric attitude.
- High aptitude for learning any software application
- Possess a strong work ethic and relentless attitude to achieve success
- Effective communication and presentation skills
