Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a customer facing role
• B.Sc.in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Customer service experience and a customer-centric attitude.
• High aptitude for learning any software application
• Possess a strong work ethic and relentless attitude to achieve success
• Effective communication and presentation skills
