Import Your Car Nigeria Limited (IYCN), an auto brokerage firm situated in Lagos Nigeria, is recruiting to fill the position of Client Services Officer in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries,take phone orders, re-route calls to other staff and provide basic company information.
• Take and resolve client complaints or escalate it to the appropriate departments.
• Work with the marketing,sales and IT departments when required.
• Help maintain files, scan, photocopy, print and organize office documents

• Applicants must be smart, social, friendly,fluent and must be able to relate calmly with clients physically and on the phone.We require H.N.D or B.S.C holders for this role.
