Business Development Officer at Ascentech Services Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets are set, mutually agreed and met.
- Ensure that products penetrate the new markets in a big way in a one-year time span
- Monitor and drive the sales in his territory/region
- To train and develop Sales Executives.
REQUIREMENTS
- OND / HND in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration - preference will be given to MBAs
- He should have about 1 - 4 years of experience in the related domain and geographies.
- Must have both B2B and B2C sales experience.

- Negotiation skills
- Sales and relationship building skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian Market.
- Well versed with the concerned geographical region.
