RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales acquisition and developing business plans / proposals across the various business units in the group.
• Responsible for preparing strategy, risk management, and compliance reports for management.
• Responsible for verifying that all necessary company and regulatory policies and procedures are developed, communicated, implemented, documented, and reviewed as and when due.
• Responsible for developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal document.
• Responsible for reviewing external communications such as advertising to ensure there are no violations.
• Is actively involved in all consultancy projects for the group.
• Maintain a company-wide focus and works across each business unit to effectively develop and implement.
• Maintains documentation of all activities in a logical and retrievable manner.
• Monitors and supervise the activities of direct reports while providing mentorship and coaching.
• Complies with all the Company’s policies, operational procedures, and rules and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc Degree or Higher National Diploma in a related field from a reputable institution.
• Should have at least 1+ year experience with a forex brokerage firm.
• Keen interest, ability, and experience are key to this role.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (e.g. word, excel, outlook, project, Visio), internet, and email.
• The ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines under pressure.
• Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents.
