Bukka Hut, a leading restaurant in the Hospitality industry, is lookingis hiring an Audit Assistant in Lagos, Nigeria.

Location: Lekki, Circle Mall, Chevron Drive, Ikota, Ikoyi, Gbagada, Ikeja, Surulere- ALL WITHIN LAGOS

Job Description(s)-

• . Weighing, recording, and Counting of finished products from the Kitchen to the front of house.
• . Collating daily product transfers to the front of house and submitting the report to the Outlet Manager and Audit.
• . Capturing and recording of closing stock in the front of house inclusive of sending weekly report on this to Audit and copying the respective Outlet Manager.
• . Check finished cooked products from the kitchen in terms of quality, appearance, taste and other parameters as may be included from time to time.
• . Request drinks from the store for the front of house, informing the manager where necessary for replenishment, monitor products expiry, count and record the drinks in the front of house daily.
• . Capture and record all bad, damaged and substandard products and send weekly report to Audit while copying the Outlet Manager.
• . Assist the Audit team in the monthly inventory count.

Qualifications

- OND in any numerical/ science discipline. With computer literacy.

Remuneration Band

- N35,000 - N40,000
