Summary

• Our client needs a part-time Account Officer who will audit the company's accounting process, and take stock of inventory and report directly to the CEO on finding and recommendation.

Job Description

• The account officer will share best practices that promote operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
• Inspecting financial statements, sales book, requisition forms, daily expenditure to catch errors, misstatements, and fraud
• Take inventory of stock every month and cash count
• Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Investigate specific issues regulatory bodies bring forward
• Explain audit findings and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc in Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an accountant.
• Experience as an auditor is an added advantage.
