About the Job

• This is a temporary role that will run for two months only - March and May. Please do not apply if this does not work for you
• An IT organization is seeking an ambitious account assistant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.

Job Description

• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Updating accounts receivables and issue invoices
• Updating account payables and perform reconciliations
• Provide support to the team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company's finance
• Keeping of petty cash records and issuing of purchase receipts

Qualification / Requirements

• OND / B.Sc in Accounting
• At least 2 years relevant experience in accounting
• Candidates must reside on the Island or its environs
• Knowledge of MS excel and at least one accounting software

Salary
N70,000.00 per month.
