Mobilixe, an IT/Software company located in Surulere, Lagos which specializes in web, mobile and enterprise applications is seeking to employ competent Interns / SIWES students and Fresh Graduates (Awaiting NYSC, Serving or recently completed NYSC) to fill available vacancies.

Job Description

• - Assist clients with support issues
• - Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail and online requests for technical support
• - Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management
• - Carrying out user acceptance tests.
• - Assist in updating user and technical documentation.
• - Develop team-based work competencies.
• - Deliver on other relevant tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• - Minimum of OND in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant discipline.
• - Must have basic Computer knowledge and be ready to learn.
• - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• - Must be intelligent, self-disciplined, confident and ready to work.
• - Detail-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
• - Physically and mentally fit to perform under pressure.
• - Must not be above 27 years.
• - Must reside around Surulere and environs.
