E'sorae Luxury is recruiting to fill the position of Graduate Telesales Intern in Lagos

Role Summary

• Generate sales for the company from online and meet the sales quotas

• Professional. Requires pressure and target driven ability

• Respond to enquiries/complaints/grievances online about the company's products and services
• Engage in prospecting clients through cold calling, and receiving calls
• Manage existing clients; informing them on new and improved products and services
• Take and process orders for clients promptly and accurately
• Manage and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of existing clients
• Develop and followup with a database of prospective clients

• Minimum of HND/OND
• Must have an excellent verbal communication skill
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Must be flexible to work shifts
• Must have a good understanding of the retail sales process
• Must possess an excellent customer service skill
• Must have a strong persuasive ability
