This role requires an effective communicator who has the ability to confidently drive tasks and projects forward. You should be able to work on your own initiative, manage time effectively and work accurately and quickly under pressure. Experience of working in an office environment and excellent IT skills including Word & Excel are a must. In this role you will work as part of a team providing comprehensive support to our Senior Executive Team.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Event Planning – Assist in the planning and execution of key marketing events ,local and internationally annually
• Web management – Assisting in the management of the Online Store, keeping track of inventory, updating, promotion and creating E-campaigns.
• Corporate Client Management- Assisting in the management of our Local and International Corporate Clients
• Assisting the Financial and Creative Directors with Administrative/Personal duties as required
• Assisting the Visual Merchandising team to plan themes and curate store front
• Stock room management – Applying systems to manage stock effectively and reduce waste
