Below are the terms of reference:

What we want is a developer who can design bespoke app and websites.

The sites should be professional and user-friendly

Intelligent and secure content management systems.

He/she should be experienced in search engine optimization (SEO).

A well-behaved and well-trained professional.

A university education would be an added advantage, but not a requirement.

At least some measure of experience to justify and enhance competence.

Work arrangement would be flexible.

Monthly salary would be capped at N80,000 - 100,000.
