Bukka Hut - We require a young, smart and open-minded research/business analyst for our restaurant business in Lekki, Lagos State

Job Details

The candidate will be actively involved in conducting research and proffering improvement solutions in various aspects of our restaurant business.

He/she will champion the development of new innovative, food products while also maintaining the Company’s approved operational standards across all outlets.

Other responsibilities include:

He/ she will conduct research on industry best practices with regards to restaurant operations – benchmarking with top restaurant brands and make recommendations based on this.

He/she will gather information, compile, organize, and analyze large amounts of data to identify and articulate actionable insights.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
