(a Chinese Internet technology company providing online services centered on content, community, communications and commerce), is hiring a Product Specialist in Lagos.

Job Description

• We are looking for a Product Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of a product life cycle, including longand short-term development and marketingStay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position
• Work with business units in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals and Interface with project managers and clients to determine the product's future direction.

Other Responsibilities include:

• Competitor analysis and research
• Become a product expert and support any local training in Nigeria
• Engage partners and customers to review the viability of new ideas
• Feedback these insights into the business
• Analyze new business models for palm credit and gather requirements for new features.
• Analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.
• Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
• Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
• Support marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability.
• Assist in new product introduction and release activities.
• Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with business team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
• Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.

Education Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree

Other Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in product management.
• Must be dedicated, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Team spirit, positive, self motivated and ability to work independently.
• Excellent spoken and written English,Good communication skills.
• Work effectively in a collaborative work environment
• Ability to implement ideas and direction around sales process
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
