Co-Creation Hub - We are looking to recruit a detail oriented and results driven Incubation Associate to join our Incubation Unit. In this role, you will play a key part in providing proactive support to a new generation of innovators building technology solutions to address key challenges in the Nigerian society.

Responsibilities shall include:

Startup Support

• Work with each portfolio company to build, test and acquire customers.
• Put together a report at the end of the month: what we have done with startups and what has been accomplished by the startups.
• Provide progress updates on startup related activities within the unit.
• Manage the support of innovators that are part of our virtual programs .

Communication

• Create content specific to the work in our unit and companies we support for social media.
• Manage communication between startups and the unit.

Research

• Carry out periodic research on industries that startups operate in and periodically report findings to key decision makers.
• Spot relevant opportunities for companies in our portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with business principles & Practices
• A Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
• An entrepreneurial & Innovative mindset
• Organisational and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of the technology space is welcome
