    Global Accelerex, a market leader in the e-payment industry, is hiring a skilled HR/Admin Officer in Ibadan.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

    • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.

    • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.

    • Maintaining employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

    • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.

    • Performing administrative tasks.

    • Overseeing employee health and safety procedures.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of a year and half work experience as HR Officer

    • knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.

    • Proficient in MS Office

    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • HND/BSC in Business Administration or related field.
