Job Description/Responsibilities
- Someone that will attend to customers & client calls. Someone that will be dealing with customers request by directing the customers to the right department to handle the customers issue.
- Someone that have administrative skill in keeping record of every customers complaint & give weekly report
- Someone who can multitask
- Patience & polite in dealing with customer matter
- You must be proficient in every job descriptions & Hygienic
- She will be in charge all the office: Booking ticket booking hotel & all office supplies
Qualifications/Requirements
- HND, preferred but BSc will add more advantage;
- Good looking, carefully in handling customers matters
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred;
- Familiar with use computer
- Under 27 years old.
