City105.1FM, a lifestyle station situated in the commercial district of Lagos State, is hiring an Events Coordinator in Lagos

OVERVIEW:

to oversee the station’s own events and also external events in which station is a partner or is related to.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

would be in charge of every event put together by or related to the organization. The job includes but not limited to:

• Planning, management and coordination of in house events and any other event associated with the organization.

• Working closely with the social media executives to achieve set goals for events.

• Reporting directly to the head of business development.

• Liaison and negotiating with vendor and external planners with regards to the event.

• Managing every person assigned to any event.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• A B.sc/B.A./HND In any related field

• At least one year experience in events management

• Good negotiation and communication skills

• A good knowledge of basic contracts to be entered into during events organization.

• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Social media savy
