Job Description

• The main purpose of the role will be to conceptualise, coordinate and execute all events for our client and also working closely with their partners / clients.
• To execute plans timeously and in-line with the client’s requirements.
• Organise, coordinate and host external functions, from planning through to closure, including responsibilities such as purchasing, choosing locations, arranging schedules, choosing vendors, selecting menus etc.
• Attend functions and events to ensure that operations run smoothly, troubleshooting should any problems or issues arise during the function or event.
• Conceptualise and execute plans liaising with suppliers, negotiating costs and delivery dates etc. on tight deadlines.

• The candidate must be Degree holder and must have completed NYSC program.
• The candidate must have at least 2 years experience in coordinating events.
