Integrated Corporate Services is hiring a Call Centre Agents for a Financial Services company in Victoria Island, Lagos

Qualification: OND (Lower Credit minimum) in Computer Science or Social Sciences. Individuals with a higher qualification (HND/Bachelor's degree) need not apply.

Specification: Excellent communication skills, very good phone etiquette, good appearance, good problem-solving skills and an overall pleasant personality.

Experience as a Call/Contact Centre Agent or Customer Service Officer would be an advantage. Also, individuals residing around Lagos Island/Victoria Island will be given preference.
