    Concierges may do some or all of the following:

    • receive and welcome guests
    • park cars for guests
    • carry luggage for guests
    • provide information and advice to guests about locations and services outside of the hotel
    • run errands and deliver messages for guests
    • book transportations, restaurant reservations and game tickets for guests
    • arrange guided tours and other special activities for guests
    • help guests make their travel arrangements

    Concierges may work shifts that include evenings, midnights and weekends. They work in public areas of hotels and guest houses.
