Tailor Job Description

A tailor is person whose job is to make, alter or repair cloths. They may specialize in making either men or female clothing or certain type of garments such as suits or wedding gowns. Their work involves discussing with their clients to understand their requirements, taking their measurements, and stitching clothes according to the designs specified by the clients.

A tailor should be caring, friendly, respectful and helpful, and have a good sense of fit, color, and style, and knowledge of the different kinds of fabrics and the latest styles. They should be able to build trustworthy relationships with their clients and provide excellent advice and recommendations to them.
